Dan and Della Highley are the active partners at High-Stone Pet Lodge. They joined forces with another partner who owns a suburban boarding facility and has many years experience in banking, law, accounting, and real estate development. Together, these individuals introduce a unique blend of experience and knowledge into the central Dallas area. 

Della has over 30 years experience in the pet industry which includes working with breeders, veterinarians, and kennel/grooming operations. She amassed this experience in three different states and abroad, where she established a grooming/boarding business in Athens, Greece for five years. In addition, Della shows dogs across the United States and is personally familiar with the environment needed to promote healthy, happy, and well-groomed pets. Dan brings an extensive background in management and small business operations from his 30+ years in commercial real estate and legal training. 

Both Dan and Della Highley are hands-on owners and animal lovers. They can be seen playing with the pets at High-Stone and out in the community with their own dogs at shows and pet fairs.
