Overnight Lodging

All dogs go out into our outdoor runs three times a day (am, midday, and pm) to eliminate and stretch their legs, run around and bark, no matter what boarding area you chose (except in extreme weather). Our outdoor runs are covered. No matter what the unpredictable Texas weather brings your pet will be protected from the elements in our 11,000 sf+ climate-controlled facility.

We encourage you to bring your pet’s usual diet, but there is no additional fee to feed our in house food of Bil-Jac. It is highly palatable and high in fiber. So, most dogs do well with the transition, but you know your dog better than we do so let us know what works best for you. Also, for the safety of your pet, let us know if your veterinarian has put your dog or cat on a prescription diet.

We require that your pet be current on vaccines. Every veterinarian has a different vaccine protocol and we want to honor the protocol that you and your vet have agreed on for the safety of your pet. However, we do require that puppies be at least 15 weeks old, and had at least 3 distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus combinations (commonly called dhpp) before they can participate in any services. This is for the safety of all of our guests and especially your pet. Basically, they need to have finished the puppy vaccine protocol that you and your vet have agreed upon. This can vary on age from vet to vet.

We do accept intact males and females for boarding, and do not have any breed restrictions. However, all dogs must be spayed or neutered after 6 months of age to participate in day care.

Luxury Suites

In June 2008 we opened our new All-Inclusive French Quarter Village. The Village contains over 2000 square feet of climate controlled condos with antibacterial floors over a cool, concrete base. Each condo includes six-foot custom wrought-iron gating, Kuranda bed or a luxurious new daybed depending on the accommodations you chose for your fur-baby. Classical music creates a relaxing environment during your pet’s visit. All-Inclusive Suites include complimentary day care and complimentary medication administration. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Presidential and Window suite fill up fast.  So, let us know as soon as you can if that is the accommodation you would like for your dog.

We have 21 Luxury Suites available that vary in size starting at 4 feet by 8 feet to 5 feet by 7 feet.

We have one Presidential Suite available that is a luxurious 8 feet by 12 feet large and includes a day bed available for lounging. 

We have one Window Suite available that is 7 feet by 8 feet large and it includes a large toddler bed for lounging and sleeping.

Lodge

Of course, deluxe boarding with our customary high level of service is still available in our custom T-Kennel system. They measure 3 feet wide by 5 feet deep.  Even the largest dog can stretch out in our t- kennel system and still be very comfortable.  Every pet is still provided plenty of bedding, and all the attention and love that the guests in the suites are provided. Day care can be added as an additional service either as a single addition or by using our day care passes while boarding. You can add as many days or as few days as you think your pet would like.
